Terms of Service

Welcome to FollowTok ("the App"), developed and operated by STOCKIMG AI YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI ("the Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately delete the App.

1. TikTok Independence & Trademark Disclaimer

FollowTok is an independent utility tool. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries. "TikTok" and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive purposes.

2. What the App Does

FollowTok reads the Following and Followers lists of the TikTok account you sign in with, compares them on your device, and shows you the difference.

  • It is a read-only view of data you already have access to. The comparison is a convenience, not an insight TikTok keeps from you.
  • Accuracy depends on TikTok. If TikTok serves an incomplete list, the App tells you so rather than presenting a partial answer as a complete one.
  • Timing matters. A result reflects the moment the lists were fetched, not the live state of your account.

3. User Accounts & Platform Risks

  • Third-Party Terms: You acknowledge that using third-party tools alongside your TikTok account may violate TikTok's Terms of Service.
  • Absolute Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any penalties, account suspensions, temporary or permanent bans, shadowbans, or data loss imposed on your TikTok account as a result of using this App. You use this tool entirely at your own risk.
  • Local Data Security: Since all operational data (including session tokens) is stored exclusively on your device, you are solely responsible for keeping your device secure.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local or international regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the App's source code.
  • Use the App in a way that intentionally disrupts or overloads TikTok's infrastructure.
  • Use the App to harass, target or profile another person.

5. Paid Services: Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchases

FollowTok is free to download. Premium features are offered through a recurring subscription or a one-time "Lifetime" purchase.

  • Transaction Processing: Payments and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, using RevenueCat as a backend service provider to validate purchase states. The Company does not collect or store your credit card or financial data.
  • Refunds: All purchases are made from Apple or Google as seller of record, so refund requests, billing disputes and cancellations are handled by the respective store under its own policies. See our Refund Policy.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • The Meaning of "Lifetime": A "Lifetime" purchase grants you access to the premium features of FollowTok for as long as the App is actively developed, maintained and operational by the Company. It does not constitute a guarantee that the App or its functionality will exist indefinitely.

6. Service Availability & TikTok Changes ("AS IS")

The App operates by interacting with TikTok's live interface. You explicitly acknowledge that TikTok may change its API, endpoints, anti-bot mechanisms, or layout at any time without notice.

  • Such changes may cause FollowTok to stop functioning temporarily or permanently.
  • The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • The Company is not liable for any service interruptions caused by TikTok's updates, and such interruptions do not entitle the user to a refund or compensation for active subscriptions or Lifetime purchases.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of TikTok's Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
