Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the mobile application FollowTok ("the App"), operated by STOCKIMG AI YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI ("the Company", "we", "us"), registered in Türkiye.

1. Local-First Operation

FollowTok has no registration and no cloud account system. Your TikTok session tokens, settings, following and follower lists, and the comparison between them are processed and stored strictly locally on your device. When you uninstall the App, this local data is removed with it. We never receive or store your TikTok password, and we do not upload your follow lists to our servers.

  • We never ask for your password. You sign in to TikTok inside the App, on your own device, and the App works through that session.
  • Your lists are not sent anywhere. Following and Followers are fetched to your phone and compared there. The result exists only on your device.
  • No profile is built about you. We hold no record of who you follow, who follows you, or which accounts the App showed you.

2. Data We Collect (Firebase & RevenueCat)

To maintain app stability and improve performance, we collect minimal, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data:

  • Firebase Crashlytics: technical logs related to software crashes (e.g., device model, OS version) to fix bugs.
  • Firebase Analytics: aggregated, anonymous statistics (e.g., install counts, session duration, button taps) using a random device identifier.
  • Firebase Remote Config: anonymous device attributes (e.g., language, country, app version) used to update the App's features and behaviour without requiring a new store release. It does not track or collect personal data.
  • RevenueCat: used to track purchase status, active subscriptions and transaction history against a random identifier generated on your device, so that a plan you paid for is unlocked. It does not store financial or credit card information.

We do not collect, sell, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and we do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting.

3. Bug Reports & Support Email

The in-app "Report a Bug" form is anonymous by default: it sends your description together with technical context (operating system, app version, language) to our Firebase project.

  • Optional fields: if you type an email address or a username into the form so we can reply, that information is personal data and is stored with the report. Leaving them blank is fine — the report still reaches us.
  • Email: when you write to support@stockimg.ai, we process your address and the contents of your message solely to answer you and to resolve the issue.

4. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with external providers that operate under their own privacy frameworks:

  • TikTok: for account authentication and for reading the follow relationships that are already visible to you.
  • Google Firebase: for analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration and bug reports.
  • RevenueCat: for subscription tracking and purchase verification.
  • App Store / Google Play: for distribution, billing and standard platform analytics.

FollowTok is an independent utility tool and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "TikTok" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only. Your use of TikTok remains entirely governed by TikTok's own terms and policies.

5. International Data Transfers & KVKK / GDPR

Anonymous technical and purchase-state data processed by Firebase and RevenueCat may be stored on servers located outside your country (including outside the EEA and Türkiye). These transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the Turkish KVKK and, for GDPR-covered users, on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision as applicable.

Since your operational data is stored locally, you can exercise your data rights (access, deletion) simply by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

6. Your Rights

Because your operational data lives on your own device, most of it is yours to erase directly. For anything we hold outside your device — bug reports, support emails, purchase records — write to us and we will act on the request within 30 days.

  • Identifying your data: since we hold no account, please include whatever lets us find the record — the email you wrote from, or the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt. Send it to support@stockimg.ai.
  • Billing records may have to be retained despite a deletion request, where tax or accounting law obliges us to keep them.

7. Children

FollowTok is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age set by your country's law), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Contact & Changes

We may update this policy occasionally; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
