Billing and cancellation

  • Payments are processed by Apple or Google, never by us. We do not see or store card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, from your store account settings.
  • A Lifetime purchase is a single payment that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is actively developed and maintained.

Pricing questions

Is FollowTok free?
Yes. Downloading is free, loading your full Following and Followers lists is free, and seeing exactly how many accounts do not follow you back is free. The free tier names 2 of them; Premium names the rest.
What is the difference between Weekly and Lifetime?
Both unlock exactly the same features. Weekly is $4.99 and renews until you cancel; Lifetime is a single $19.99 payment with no renewal. If you only want the answer once, a week covers it — if you plan to keep checking, Lifetime is cheaper after about four weeks.
Does Premium change what the app can find?
No. The comparison is the same either way and the count is the same either way — Premium removes the limit on how many of the accounts are shown to you by name, and keeps tracking unfollowers between refreshes.
How do I cancel?
From your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app, so cancelling there is the only way that takes effect.
Do you take my card details?
No. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store card numbers, and no payment details are entered inside the app.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases go through Apple and Google under their own policies, since they are the seller of record for every FollowTok purchase. There is no web checkout.
