Prices are in US dollars. Your local currency and any applicable tax are shown by the App Store, Google Play or Paddle before you confirm — no card details are ever entered in the app or the extension.

Premium in the Chrome extension

The FollowTok extension for Chrome sells the same two plans through Paddle: FollowTok Premium Weekly, $4.99 billed every 7 days until you cancel, and FollowTok Premium Lifetime, a single $19.99 payment that never renews.

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record. Checkout happens on Paddle’s own page, and Paddle handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT.
  • Your Paddle receipt email carries the link to manage or cancel a Weekly subscription. You can also write to support and we will cancel it for you.
  • Premium bought in the extension unlocks the extension, and a recovery code moves it to another computer. It is a separate purchase from the mobile app: an App Store or Google Play subscription does not unlock the extension, and the other way round.

Billing and cancellation

  • Payments are processed by Apple or Google in the mobile app and by Paddle in the Chrome extension, never by us. We do not see or store card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, from your store account settings or, in the Chrome extension, from the link in your Paddle receipt email.
  • A Lifetime purchase is a single payment that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is actively developed and maintained.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple and Google for mobile purchases and by Paddle for Chrome extension purchases — see the refund policy.

Pricing questions

Is FollowTok free?
Yes. Downloading the app or the Chrome extension is free, running a check is free, and the free tier names the first 2 accounts that do not follow you back. Premium names the rest and lets you search the list.
What is the difference between Weekly and Lifetime?
Both unlock exactly the same features. Weekly is $4.99 and renews until you cancel; Lifetime is a single $19.99 payment with no renewal. If you only want the answer once, a week covers it — if you plan to keep checking, Lifetime is cheaper after about four weeks.
Does Premium change what the app can find?
No. The check is the same either way — Premium removes the limit on how many of the accounts are shown to you by name, and adds search across the whole list.
How do I cancel?
In the mobile app: from your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends — subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app. In the Chrome extension: from the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to support and we will cancel it for you.
Do you take my card details?
No. On mobile, payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. In the Chrome extension, checkout happens on Paddle’s own page, and Paddle is the merchant of record. We never see or store card numbers, and no payment details are entered inside the app or the extension.
Can I get a refund?
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple and Google under their own policies, since they are the seller of record for mobile purchases. Chrome extension purchases are refunded through Paddle, either at your request or at ours — the refund policy has the details.
