Support

Get help with FollowTok or with TikTok follow lists generally: what to check first, how to report a problem so it can actually be fixed, and where to email us.

Check these first

Most reports come down to one of a small number of causes, and all of them are documented:

Email us

Write to support@stockimg.ai. Including the following turns a report into something that can actually be diagnosed:

  • Device and OS version — for example “iPhone 15, iOS 18.4”.
  • The app version, from the profile screen.
  • What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
  • Roughly how many accounts you follow and how many follow you, and whether the lists loaded fully earlier in the same session.
  • A screenshot if there was an error message.

The app also has a built-in Report a Bug option on the profile screen, which sends the same details without you having to type them out.

Things we cannot do

  • Lift TikTok’s own rate limits on reading follow lists. Those are enforced on their side and clear with time.
  • Tell you who unfollowed you before your first run, or recover a TikTok account. TikTok keeps no history for us to read.
  • Reverse an App Store or Google Play refund decision — those are Apple’s and Google’s to make. See the refund policy.
